Well I originally wanted this to be James, but I got to the face and it looked a little like Siriu, and now, it looks original. I kinda thing he looks like a stage magician here,.

Awesome! Although, I have to say, I see a lot of your Sirius in here. 
The background is perfect. It adds a lot to the picture without detracting from the main character. My only crit would be the tattoo is a little too bright. Having a few tattoos myself, I know that the only time they look like that is as they're being done, then the colours mute as it heals. Great design though - totally kicks ass!
